Fort Dix Fire Department (NJ)
DEFUNCT - Fort Dix, NJ, opened in 1917 as Camp Dix. It was renamed Fort Dix in 1939. Fort Dix became the Army component of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in 2009 after its active Army training mission ended in 1991 due to a Base Closure.
