Mukwonago Fire Department (WI)

Mukwonago, is called the "Place of the Bear" which is derived from a Potawatomi phrase and translated to "bear's den" or "place where the bear lies". The area was historically the tribal seat of the Potawatomi Indians' Bear Clan.
