The Village of Moscow Police Department no longer exists. They now contract with the Clermont County Sheriff's Office for police services. At the time of conception, the patch reflected the location on the Ohio River and the Zimmer Nuclear Power Plant. Due to citizen protests, the plant was converted to coal power.
