Info from Nicholas Eisele - Forsyth county Georgia used that patch in the late 70s-early 80s. The county gave up the ambulance because the whole county was super rural, and EMS was taken over by a company called Atlanta North, then by Advanced, and now they are run by Central. I’ve got an old friend who has the identical path he got from working there.
