Medic One ( Lifeguard ) air - ground ambulance ( TN )

very rare patch , only used for a short time during the transition period , in early 2006 when Lifeguard took over operations of Medic One . then operating in the cities of chattanooga , nashville , memphis . the identical patch with the Medic One removed , and Lifeguard inserted is the current used patch .
